Open Hours and Tree Availability for Remaining 2021 Season

We have decided that we will not open next weekend on Dec. 18 and 19th due to low stock. HOWEVER, we do have a decent amount of pre-cut balsam firs left at heights of 6 to 8 feet and we want to offer them for quick sale. We have placed a rack at the front of our property. Feel free to stop in any day between 9 am and 5 pm to pick out a tree. All remaining trees are $50 each and that includes the HST. We ask that you pay in cash with the correct change. There is a cash box for you to deposit payment or someone might greet you outside. I also have 2 beautiful wreaths left. Please reach out with a message if you are interested in a wreath and we will work out an arrangement for pick up. Thank you all so much for a great year! We are happy we have had trees through the majority of the selling season. We look forward to seeing you all next year and we will have plenty of trees in 2022!

Pop Up Opening Friday, Dec. 10, 2021!

Pop up opening today, Friday Dec. 10 from 12 pm to 4 pm! We heard there will be some unpleasant weather tomorrow so I will open up the farm for those that want to get out and get a great pre-cut Balsam fir tree and beat the weather. Today won't be our regular experience as we won't be starting the fire or serving our regular hot drinks. We are offering this opportunity to pick up a tree and browse our Cozy Shack gift store. We will still be open this Saturday and Sunday during our regular posted hours with all the experience you have come to known us for. We will be open as long as we still have pre-cut trees available and we will make an announcement when our tree stock gets low. Keep an eye on social media for updates as we cannot manage phone calls when we are fully operating. If you missed the other posts, the you-cut area is closed for the season.

We Still Have Plenty of Great Trees! But the Cut-Your-Own Fields are Closed For This Year.

It was bound to happen with so many people excited to cut their own tree down, that we will be closing our cut your own field as of Dec. 5th. However, we are still open and have an excellent selection of fresh balsam fir pre-cuts in the 6 to 8 foot range. We have several large ones in the 12 to 20 foot range as well! Make the trip to Potash Creek Farms and enjoy our special place with complimentary hot chocolate or hot apple cider, great farm products and gifts, as well a great selection of tree stands! 2021 Christmas Tree Season and COVID-19 Policies

The Christmas season is upon us! We are opening in just a few more weeks and we are excited to host you at our farm! We are looking forward to seeing many familiar faces as well as new ones! We will be operating a bit differently this year due to COVID-19, however we are making every effort for a safe and enjoyable experience for you to get a local fresh Christmas tree from Potash Creek Farms!

Here is an overview of how we plan to operate:

1.      Visitors will be greeted at our entrance where they will be given instructions on where to park or directed to the express lane pickup area if you ordered online.

2.      We will be limiting how many cars can enter the farm to match our parking capacity. If we reach our limit, we ask that you wait patiently until an available space opens. For safety reasons we ask that you avoid parking on the road.

3.      Our cut-your-own fields and pre-cut areas will be open as long as quantities last.

4.      Our indoor “Cozy Shack” warm up area and gift store will be open for payment and gift shopping. We will not be offering seating areas.

5.      We will still be offering our famous complimentary hot chocolate and mulled apple cider drinks! We will be serving these through a “take out” style window for you to enjoy outside or take on the ride home.

6.      Our outdoor campfire area will be operating as weather permits. We will have appropriately spaced seating for you to enjoy.

 We have saws available for you to borrow, or you can bring your own. No gas power saws allowed.

COVID-19 Policies

1.      Please practice and maintain a 2 meter physical distance in all indoor and outdoor settings. Wear a mask when this distance cannot be maintained.

2.      Masks are mandatory to enter the Cozy Shack and make your purchase payment or to gift shop.

3.      Please sanitize when arriving and departing. We will have a sanitizing station inside the Cozy Shack when entering for shopping and payment.

2021 Season

 We will be opening for the 2021 Christmas tree season on November 27th! We will be offering cut your own trees from out fields as well as pre-cut balsam firs ranging from 6 to 12 feet. We will be offering our complimentary hot cocoa and hot mulled apple cider, as well as shopping in our gift store. Please check back for updates on our hours and pricing pages.
