Another Very Busy Day At Potash Creek Farms!

 We had an incredibly busy day today! We have less than 20 pre-cut balsam firs left. We will be open at 10am tomorrow until they are gone. The Cozy Shack is still well stocked of all your favorite treats, including: baked goods and candy, local honey and maple syrup and sweet and salty popcorn! We also have our fresh hand made wreaths and quite a few greens left to really spruce up your Christmas home decor. Hope to see you tomorrow, but the trees won't last long!

It's Been a Very Busy 2020 Season!

We had an incredibly busy and successful first weekend! Thank you to all for coming to our farm and sharing your tradition with us! Visits to our farm were unprecedented and we unfortunately have had to make the decision to close our cut-your-own field. However, we have a great supply of fresh pre-cut balsam firs to last a while. Our farm will be operating in the most normal and safe way as possible and we look forward to your visit. Hot cocoa, apple cider, gifts, campfire and fresh air await you! Pre-ordering your tree and other gift items and treats, for fast and safe pickup is still an option. Alternatively, come on in and select your tree or browse our shop!

You can still come to the farm and cut your own tree and pick up some great items in our Cozy Shack store. However, we are now offering pre-order for pickup as an option! We want to offer this option if you don't feel safe, are immune compromised or just need to pick up a tree and go. Follow the link below to shop online. You can pickup at the farm during our regularly schedule open times!

2020 Christmas Tree Season

The Christmas season is upon us! We are opening in just a few more weeks and we are excited to host you at our farm! We are looking forward to seeing many familiar faces as well as new ones! We will be operating a bit differently this year due to COVID-19, however we are making every effort for a safe and enjoyable experience for you to get a local fresh Christmas tree from Potash Creek Farms!

Our business hours for 2020 have been updated on all of our online and social media resources. Please view the “2020 Hours and Prices” tab for further details.

Here is an overview of how we plan to operate:

Visitors will be greeted at our entrance where they will be given instructions on where to park as well as a quick review of our policies.

We will be limiting how many cars can enter the farm to match our parking capacity. If we reach our limit, we ask that you wait patiently in our new queuing area until an available space opens up. For safety reasons we ask that you please avoid parking on the road.

Our cut-your-own fields and pre-cut areas will be open as long as quantities last.

Our indoor “Cozy Shack” warm up area and gift store will be open with limited patron capacity. We will not be offering seating areas. The Cozy Shack will offer gift shopping and check out services.

We will still be offering our famous complimentary hot chocolate and mulled apple cider drinks! We will be serving these through a “take out” style window for you to enjoy outside or take on the ride home.

Our outdoor campfire area will be operating as weather permits. We will have appropriately spaced seating for you the enjoy.

We will be offering saws for your convenience. We encourage you to bring your own. Our saws will be sanitized between customer use.

 

COVID-19 Policies

 

Please practice and maintain a 2 meter physical distance in all indoor and outdoor settings. Wear a mask when this distance cannot be maintained.

Masks will be required to enter the Cozy Shack to make your purchase payment.

Please sanitize when arriving and departing. We will have a sanitizing station inside the Cozy Shack when entering for shopping and payment.
